Below you will find information on how to sign up for Squadron activities through our website, help guides and FAQs.

How to Sign Up for an Activity

1.      Sign in with your Website username and password. Your username is your Cadet365 email address. The default password is "Cadets123". Note: This account is NOT linked to your Cadet365, the password will not be the same. The sign in panel can be found on the “Cadet Info” page, or in the main menu.

2.      Upcoming activities can be found below the Weekly Announcements or go to the "Upcoming Activities" page.

3.      Go to the activity you wish to sign up for and click on the blue “Register” button.

4.      Complete the registration form detail and click “Process Registration”

How to Cancel a Registration

2. Click on the activity you have previously registered for, and click on "Cancel Registration" located below the activity details.

3. Alternatively, you can click on “Registration History" when on the “Upcoming Activities”, then click “Cancel Registration” from the list of activities you have previously signed up for.

NOTE: 48 hours prior to an activity, you are no longer able to cancel your registration online. You need to email "attendance@94aircadets.ca" and you may be subject to any applicable cancelation fees.

How do I change my password?

 

While signed in, hover over your username on the main menu, then click "Profile". Then "Edit Profile".

OR

While signed in, go to the "Upcoming Activities" page, and click on the side menu option called "Change Password"

 

My password isn't working, how do I get my password reset?

 

Click "Forgot my password" below the sign-in panel or click here.

A link will be sent to your Cadet365 email.

How do I check if I've signed up for an activity?

On the "Upcoming Activities" page, click on "Registration History" on the right hand side or go to the activity and the register button will be replaced with a message saying "I've already signed up for this activity". 

 

Do parents get a confirmation email after the cadet has registered for an activity?

Not yet, it is a function we are working on.

 

I didn't get a confirmation email, how can I check if I'm registered? 

The confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed a few hours after you register or isn't sent at all. We are still working to fix this function. To check if you registered for an activity go to the "Upcoming Activities" page, click on "Registration History" on the right hand side or go to the activity and the register button will be replaced with a message saying "I've already signed up for this activity". 

 

Can I sign up more than one cadet at a time? Example: Siblings 

Not yet, it is a function we are working on.
